Oil country tubular goods (OCTG) is a family of seamless rolled products consisting of drill pipe, casing and tubing subjected to loading conditions according to their specific application. Tubing is the pipe placed in the well that is exposed to flowing fluids from the reservoir to surface. It is uncemented and able to pulled and replaced in the event the pipe erodes or corrodes.
